Microsoft’s Data Collection Application
Forms is Microsoft’s data collection application. With Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, quizzes, and polls, easily collect and see results as they come in, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and view automatic charts to visualize your data. Form data, such as quiz results, can be exported easily to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
You can invite anyone (inside or outside your organization) to respond using any web browser or mobile device, collaborate on a form with others, share a form as a template, and even insert forms into other Office applications.
